MAF Sensor (Mass Air Flow): Uses hot wire technology or electronic thermal film to precisely measure the mass of air entering the engine.

IAT Sensor (Intake Air Temperature): Integrated directly inside the MAF assembly, using a thermistor to measure the temperature of the incoming air.
